There’s a common misconception that’s as old as time that suggests it’s women that like to drop hints when it comes to gifts they’d like. I’m here to tell you right now, that men do the exact same thing – we’re just slightly vaguer about it. And by and large, we’re actually fairly easy to buy for.
Both men and women do share one thing when it comes to voicing ideas, mind. If there’s a choice between two things, and the gift receiver says “Oooh, I’ll let you decide” this is a trap. The clues were there all along. And if you get it wrong, then you’ve got a seriously grumpy recipient.
Anyway, if you stick to these tips of what men actually want for Christmas then you’ll manage to avoid turning that man into a grinch.
A game console under the Christmas tree is a sure-fire hit. Have the words “FIFA” or “Call of Duty” been uttered recently? Then a PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X are your choices. More of a Mario fan? Then it’s a Nintendo Switch you need. Always get one of these machines with a game already bundled in to avoid tears on Christmas morning.
Unless you really know that man in your life, you might not want to take a risk on buying them a specific – unless it’s a jersey of their favourite sports team, of course. But we like to choose our own clothes. And if they’re anything like me, they’ll be appreciative then immediately forget about the voucher until the day before it expires.
If the device in question can literally make us feel like an expert at the push of a button, we’ll be delighted. I’m talking coffee machines that turn us into instant baristas. Smokers and barbecues that cook meat and vegetables expertly. Or a home management device like Alexa that turns on the lights or TV and makes us feel like a king.
At some point or another in a man’s life we’ll dabble with home grooming. Most of us sort of know what we like, but are quite happy for those women close to us to suggest the exact products that we need. Thankfully, Project bYouty has you covered with its extensive range of men’s products. You’re one click away from ticking one item off your Christmas shopping list. Sh
