Please listen carefully for we shall say this only once - You Are Washing Your Hair Wrong - yep, we couldn't believe it either. We as consumers are neglecting the scalp in favor of the length - wrong, all wrong. First to admit the idea of a solid stick shampoo had us underwhelmed (to say the least) but Fred was clearly used to that as he told us to 'trust the process' - meaning you need a few washes to get rid of the 'falseness' provided by your 'typical' shampoos and then, then you'll have the 'Fred Birault epiphany' - it's worth the wait, every last second - and erm, hello refillable packaging.
